The Story County Sheriff’s Office is accepting applications for the position of Deputy Sheriff.  Applicants must meet minimum hiring standards as set by the Iowa Law Enforcement Academy Council.  Story County offers a competitive wage and benefit package.  Starting salary for Deputy Sheriff in Story County is $41,418.78.
