Greetings from the Iowa Association of Women Police President:

As the President of the Iowa Association of Women's Police, I would like to welcome you to our website. I am very honored to be a leader of this group of outstanding individuals. Our strong networking within numerous police agencies is what made us what we are today. We strive to support each oher and build lifelong friendships. Our spring training conferences are hosted by different agencies annually around the state. We gain excellent training to continue our education and awareness as we progress in our law enforcement careers. I would personally like to thank each and every department head for supporting their officers and allowing them to be involved in the Iowa Association of Women's Police. Without their support, our strength in numbers would not be where they are today. It shows the members that they are valuable to their departments.  Each day we make a difference so hold your head high and be safe.

Lisa Latham, City of Dubuque Police Department
